The Mad-Capcs Of Medicine Hat

The proposed Bylaw will go before Council on Monday the 19 of March 2007. C.A.P.C.S of course is busy spreading propaganda. After failing on a Petition to have Adult entertainment/materials Bylaws passed in 2001. C.A.P.C.S has been on a campaign to rid Medicine Hat of anything they deem Adult Entertainment/Materials. {In order to protect the Children} On a personal note. I think the Children need protection from right wing crusading Nutters. 

So somehow having lost on the petition. They still manage to sucker our City Council into enacting Bylaws that have the effect of running a couple of businesses out of town. I believe one of them set up shop in Redcliffe. 

During this Campaign, C.A.P.C.S have never submitted one piece of reputable evidence, or proof that children are in any danger from Magazines such as Maxim or Cosmo, or Stores selling Naughty Knickers. 

Instead over the last six years they have bombarded City Hall with misinformation, dodgy surveys and outright trash research. According to C.A.P.C.S, and only C.A.P.C.S, the Goodwill Letter is not working. 

Now, What I would like to know. Who is responsible for wasting my Tax dollars on this rubbish?
