I applaud your efforts, and hope your protest grows.  Daniel the far right excel at the absolutely ridiculous .I note you say no one has defined what incidental means, that is also a hallmark of the far right. Probably so they never have to give anyone a straight answer to questions about their policies. An excellent example is Medicine Hats very own wacko group a few years back.

A few years ago, a far right wing group, wormed there way into City Hall, and sold a good few of our Council members on a bunch of rubbish. They almost got away with it, but their Studies were exposed as absolutely ridiculous, and they never did define exactly what materials they objected to.

Sounds awfully familiar to me.
